Since moving to our new workshop in 2015 we have been steadily working on improving our premises. So far we have installed top of the range stone cutting and polishing equipment, an eco-friendly drainage and water recycling system and solar-powered electricity. Now we are working on opening our first Valley Marble and Granite showroom.
Although our new showroom isn’t ready yet, we welcome visitors to our workshop at any time and are always happy to advise customers and show them different slabs and samples of stone. We are a completely independent company with no allegiance to any particular quartz manufacturers or stone wholesalers and we always give honest advice because we want our customers to be happy with their decisions. The only thing that differs when buying stone from our wholesalers is the price of the stone and it is not in our interest to sell you a more expensive piece.
We are really excited to be able to put some examples of our work on display once the showroom is open and show people the kinds of finishes we are capable of producing. Although we have slabs and samples here at the workshop we don’t have any finished displays.
Along with our new showroom plans, we have also been working hard to improve our health and safety practices in the workshop and enhance the wellbeing of our staff. We have installed a new crane to take the strain out of lifting and moving the slabs into position on the cutting and polishing equipment and we are committed to maintaining a happy and healthy workplace.
Some people don’t really know what they are looking for until they see it – and they come to us asking for advice or seeking inspiration. We hope that the new Valley Marble and Granite showroom will really help our customers to understand why natural stone, engineered quartz and ceramic surfaces are so special – and also see what versatile and robust materials they are too.
